Meet the Family

Our small team of extended family works on keeping the park in perfect condition & support all residents on a day-to-day basis – find out a bit more about us below!

Stuart Kinch

Managing Director

Stuart Kinch is the Managing Director of the family business. Stuart grew up as a young boy working at the weekends and during summer holidays helping his Dad, John, develop The Elms. Having watched his Dad working for many years there isn’t much about the Park that Stuart doesn’t know! Married with 3 children his home life is equally as busy as his working life and if that wasn’t enough he is also our local Councillor.

Tracey Coulson

Tracey Coulson is a Director and the Company Secretary for the family business. She is in charge of the overall administration of all aspects of the business. Tracey is married with one child and enjoys the variety of tasks her job includes from accounts, to marketing, to talking to residents. In her spare time Tracey has a keen interest in Complimentary Alternative Medicine and is currently studying part time for a degree in Herbal Medicine.

Ann Brownett

Sales & Advertising Manager

Ann Brownett is Sales and Advertising Manager for the family business. Her role can also be quite varied including many aspects of office administration. Ann is often the first person people meet when they visit The Elms. She will accompany visitors on a guided tour around the park during their initial first visit. Ann has two grown up boys and has a very keen interest in keeping fit. She is also currently studying photography.

Johnny Kinch

'Gas Man'

Johnny Kinch, or just John to many, is a well-loved face on The Elms. For many years John has helped deliver the gas to residents and as a result has often gone by the name ‘gas man’. John is a valued helping hand for whatever task needs doing from delivering circulars to helping on the grounds. Johnny is married and he and his wife are very actively involved in charity work, notably for Guide Dogs for the Blind. In 2016 John was successful in getting his own guide dog Quaver. Extremely well-travelled it would be easier for him to name a place he hasn’t been to than for him to list where he has been!

John & Marion

John & Marion Kinch

John and Marion Kinch are founders of The Elms and are the strength behind the success of the park today. Having both worked extremely hard to build the business from scratch they are now enjoying a well-earned retirement. With Marion being Canadian they spent their initial retirement years travelling between Canada and the UK giving them the pleasure of spending quality time with both sides of the family - whilst also keeping a close eye on what the kids are up to with their business! Sadly John passed away on the 14th November 2016, you can read more about John's life and his journey building The Elms below. Remembering John Kinch
