Residential Park Homes

We have a variety of residential retirement homes here at The Elms, which are offered in three standard sizes – small, medium and large. Our smallest home is deceptively spacious and features two double bedrooms, a bathroom, cloakroom, kitchen/dining space and lounge. Medium-sized properties are slightly more spacious, and offer an open plan kitchen and dining area, often separated from the lounge by glass doors to make the living space as flexible as possible. Our largest residential park homes offer the ultimate in comfort and luxury, and feature an additional laundry and a study or hobby room which is perfect for a range of uses.
